[L10N][uk] "Record track" are cut.

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: Ukrainian

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu

Expected Results:
"Record track" are translated to shorten if it is possible so that all strings 
are displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"Record track" are translated too long so that the strings are cut.

The strings might be limited 20 characters.
