[I18N][iw/ar] My Tracks is not supported RTL for Hebrew or Arabic. #724

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: Hebrew, Arabic

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application

Expected Results:
My Tracks show RTL on Terms of Service, Welcome, UI, Menu, etc. 

Actual Results:
My Tracks show LTR instead of RTL on Terms of Service, Welcome, UI, Menu, etc.

Fixed. My Tracks should now be translated.

Verified that RTL is supported in ar or iw on the current version: 2.0 
(2.0.rc3).
