[L10N][sl/uk] The extra ":" is added into "Total distance".

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: Slovenian, Ukrainian

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu → More → Aggregated statistics

Expected Results:
The extra ":" is removed in "Total distance" which is consistent with the other 
items.

Actual Results:
The extra ":" is added into "Total distance".
