Option button does not show up. Cannot select record mode or access any menu.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just open the app
2.Look for option button that should be on lower right of map
3.Confirm that it does not exist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the option button.  See nothing except the map, stat page, and xy 
coordinate screen with nothing plotted.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks ver 1..1.13, Android 2.3 (gingerbread) on Samsung Vitality phone 
(Cricket labeled).

If possible please provide a log.  Either upload here or send to mytracks-
support@google.com.

We call the menu on the lower right of the map the context menu. It will only 
show up when you have at least one track. From the app menu (through your 
phone's button), there should be an option to record.
