Menu button does not show up. Cannot select any option, cannot select record mode.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the app and observe that the button does not exist on any page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the button shown in your screenshots and described in your ads.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?

MyTracks ver 1.1.13, Android 2.3, Samsung SCH-R720.

If possible please provide a log.  Either upload here or send to mytracks-
support@google.com.

Can you provide more info. Which version of My Tracks?
Do you mean starting My Tracks, press the menu key, and nothing happens?
