[I18N][de] "&gt" are displayed in Welcome.

Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: German

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application at the first time then tap on Accept
2.Or tap on Menu → More → Help

Expected Results:
">" is displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"&gt" are displayed in Welcome because ">" is used instead of "->" in German.
