Important bugs in version 1.1.13 when Bluetooth is ON

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bluetooth ON: with or without devices connected or paired
2. start recording
3. stop recording

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- the program crashes everytime I select "Sensor state page"
- voice announcements don't work
- you can start recording a new track but you can't see the path on the display 
and when you stop recording there is no window where you can write activity's 
name, date, location, etc... Fortunately it saves automatically the track using 
the default activity's name 
- if you connect the mobile to the device Zephyr XM it does not record the 
heart rate

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?

If possible please provide a log.  Either upload here or send to mytracks-
support@google.com.
