translate the spreadsheet headers #761

Currently, when sending to Google Docs, the headers of the spreadsheet are all 
in English. When creating a new spreasheet, should update the headers based on 
the user locale.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

This will be very tricky since those are also the keys for updates.  IMHO the 
first line should be untranslated and if we want to have a second line which 
has the localized names.
