Allow sharing a Google Docs link with friends

Currently, one can only share a Maps or Fusion Tables link.
If a user agrees to make his spreadsheet public or unlisted, then we can allow 
him to share the spreadsheet link with friends.

PLEASE search for previous similar feature requests before filing one.

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)

Actually I would like to have the link after it's uploaded to Google (more 
specifically, Google Maps) so that I could share the link w/ friends.  

In my mind this is somewhat related to issue 323, in that you should be able to 
auto-upload and then share the link.  The permalink(s) should be stored as 
track metadata as well so that third-party apps can access the link along with 
the track info.

I'm an Android developer and I would be willing to work on this functionality 
if there was any indication that the features would be welcome.
