No special chars displayed in ogre overlays #66

In ogre overlays (e.g. loading overlay, times bar), instead of special 
characters (for example in german translation of loading screen), only a 
whitespace is displayed.

Somehow texture fonts in ogre didn't work with the special chars. We changed 
all fonts to ttf fonts and now it works.
