How to skip initial rsync #25

I don't need lsyncd to do initial rsync. How do I prevent it from doing it?

unforuntally this is currently only possible by changing the source code. 
However, I'll add a config option for this in the next release. Extra for you 
;-)

There is now --no-startup in 1.37
