I've temporarily removed identity-pool.ts from resources. Had some issues, they could be fixed by 70b7b479a50a2e5d6b6a6534c37129aae5b2d60a. Not sure.
There's also https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-google-native/issues/247 to consider.
This blocks setting up CI/CD for infra-core-cluster. Don't think we should rely on @pulumi/gcp on this, is not that important that we deploy from Github atm.
