To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Uploading a dicom file could work or not, a mean, not always but several times just doesn't show the image

Expected behavior In previous releases show a clear image dicom to work with

As you can see, only a black screen and thats all

We have still the same issue, we could change the dicom image compression and its now shown. In our case it´s was JGEG 2000 compressed.

But its would be nice if its possible to handle at next cloud site because some modalitys are send as JPEG2000
