this IFC-file cannot produce a Collada #363

I have Bimserver 1.0.

Uploaded the attached IFC file to bimserver. Then downloaded it as a Collada
file. The resulting dae-file appears to be corrupt, Google Sketchup cannot
import it. Since this works for other IFC files that I have played with, my
conclusio is that there is something in this IFC-file that confuses the IFC
Engine. But I do not know what?

Opening this IFC file in Solibri does not show any geometry. So you are right:
The IFC file is probably corrupt. No geometry in IFC means no geometry in
Collada....

Sorry but I have to disagree.. when I open it in Solibri I get to see the 3D
building perfectly. Not the first time though, I first had to switch from
OpenGL rendering to DirectX rendering in Solibri Settings. I suppose that
seeing the 3D model, and being able to move the camera around it, means there
is geometry available.

It also renders in Peter Bonsma's Engine Viewer. Not nearly as smoothly as in
Solibri, but still, it renders.
