Implement BIMSie from BuildingSMART 
http://www.buildingsmartalliance.org/index.php/projects/activeprojects/173

BuildingSMART Allicance will use BIMserver as the reference implementation of 
the BIMSie standard using HTTP as protocol and JSON as message format. This 
means client library components also need to be BIMSie compliant.
