Repeat questions do not support GPS, Date, Time, Mandatory/Require fields, Skips and Sub Repeats

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a repeat question
2. Try to add sub questions with types of GPS, Date, Time, Mandatory etc or 
with Skips

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- All fields should show up as expected and skip logic will work.
- Instead: all fields will show up as text fields and will not be mandatory. 
Skip logic will also not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Purcforms r38 on windows and ODK collect on the handset.

Please provide any additional information below.
