Use faster sd card with better random IO, like Samsung EVO.

Hi,
just noticed package installation (apt upgrade or apt install xxx) is very very slow.

I'm using SanDisk Ultra 16GB Class 10
It doesn't mean that this card is fast. We recommend EVO.

@Sparki2002 Slow when... downloading or installing? As I had slow package downloads with good cards (i.e. Samsung EVO) (and on my desktop... thus showing it wasn't limited to the pine64) and it was my ISP... package downloads were slow, but everything else was fast. Has improved significantly with changing my internet connection, but it's not as fast as other downloads still... I need to look into connecting to better package mirrors as the default auto http proxy settings still aren't the best for my setup / location.
