[0.5.1-59-0.6.2-77] randomly sparkle/noise flashing green pixels #52

In 0.5.1-59 MATE, After updater scripts (pine64, system, and uboot) to fixed flicker backlight brightness problem. I started noticed noise random green pixel (blue, green, and gray color display area) when I plugged power. Unplugged power will slowly stop noise random green pixel.

In 0.6.2-77 MATE, noise random green pixel will show up without plug-in power anytime. It will not be stopped in battery mode.

I requested LCD screen replacement because Armbian 5.32 image caused my laptop got permanent 4th dead green pixel. I got LCD screen replacement today. no sign of permanent dead green pixel and half-dead black pixel excepted randomly sparkle/noise flashing green pixels still show up. I can confirmed LCD screen is not problem itself. I am sure it is kind of software bug.

0.7.28 MATE on SDcard seem fixed issues both.
