Request support for /dev/hwrng #53

It would be nice if ayufan PineA64 kernel supported /dev/hwrng - then we could run rngd to feed hardware entropy into /dev/random. According to the Allwinner A64 Datasheet: "Support 256bits hardware TRNG". Thanks.
