RockPro64 with release 0.10.12 takes minutes before booting #441

After installing the latest pre-release my RockPro64 takes 2-4min without any HDMI output. After the screen shows the boot process the boot completes in a couple of seconds.

Please advice how I can collect log data about this issue - if not already known.
