licensing missing #9

There's no licensing information in the README.md or individual source files or any indication about what license this project is under.

There was a LICENSE file in the git history, but it was moved around and eventually deleted.

Having unclear licensing makes it difficult to package for most free software distributions.

The MIT license is not very specific but maybe you mean the MIT expat license? Text can be found here.

It would be really good to get the license file in to master.

I don't see any indication that these files are licensed under MIT/Expat or any other license in the repository.

But even if all the source code included licensing information, what would firmware/tpfw.bin be licensed under?

Without clarity on licensing, the default is no permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, etc.
