Feature request - Add Audio stream #40

Hello there!

Really thanks for the camera-streamer, it works flawlessly!!

Can we add audio stream somehow, in the current context of the code, let's say from an USB mic? Is it even possible?

I currently don't plan this, but it could be possible in the future to add it alongside h264 webrtc or mkv feed - likely the only case where it makes sense.
