Enable UID and GID override for backup #24

This PR enables the ability to set the UID and/or GID for the backup user/group within the container.

This PR should have no change to existing functionality, and it fixes an annoying issue im currently having on my synology NAS in which I cant read any of the files created by the container

I might close this one off early, as I have run into one or two small issues. Once I fix them up ill put this PR back up
