As reported on the discord, CPU settings are not asserted around 80% of the time. Takes a lot of moving between the options to get a setting to stick.
I have been using registry tweaks to make this work and the power savings can be very significant if this feature works. I would suggest the following ranges:
There are no crashes or errors reported in the event viewer else I would've posted any findings but this feels a like a big miss sometimes especially on a device where power and thermal headroom is limited.

low-1800MHz 1800-2400MHz 2000-2600MHz 2000-3000MHz
