Add some kind of manual exception for non-steam games to make steam input work #128

There are some games I own on the Microsoft Store or EGS that exist on steam with community profiles. However since non-steam games aren't detected, it'd be great for there to be a feature to manually switch to steam mode with some kind of shortcut or add an exception for certain exes to switch to the steam controller.

Rename the game in steam to the APPID of the game you want community profiles for.

SDT will recognize that this game is being used with Steam.
