One Handed? - Request #133

I have installed SDT on the Deck & so far find it pretty flawless.

Unfortunately, I have had a Stroke which left me with a "dead" Right hand.

Now, I find it too much of a stretch to access the 3 dots & Navigate with the D pad @ the same time.

So my question is, is there a way to make the 3 dots key Sticky while I change Profile Settings? Or change the 3 dots key to another more reachable key with One hand.

Or a Toggle option for the 3 Dots Key
