The latest Amernime driver released Aug 27 2023 the GPU is identified as AMD Radeon RX 670 Graphics.

I made the minor changes in PerformanceOverlay/Sensors.cs and PowerControl/Helpers/AMD/VangoghGPU.cs to reflect this.

The project build without errors.
