Feature request: Would love to add a 45fps lock #161

(My English is not good, this is written using translation software, please forgive me!) Thank you so much for making this software, it’s great for me! However, I have a small request now, that is, FPS-Limit can add a 45-frame option between 30 frames and 60 frames. This feature is very useful to me. Hope it can be adopted!
