FanControl and PerformanceOverlay does not load #96

Hi, thank you for this tool, it seems very amazing :) but in my case I have some problems :S.

FanControl and PerformanceOverlay does not load (they no appears in task bar). I've checked Event Viewer and I have this info:

PerformanceOverlay: - - 1023 0 2 0 0 0x80000000000000 6163 Application SteamDeckWinCea - Application: PerformanceOverlay.exe CoreCLR Version: 6.0.1523.11507 .NET Version: 6.0.15 Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 00007FFB714F2361 (00007FFB71320000) with exit code c0000005.

My BIOS is F7A0110, testes in all Steam versions (Stable, Beta and Preview). Steam Deck Tools versions tested: 0.63, 0.64 and beta 0.65 (and also an old 0.5x version) with the same result.
