[style]: Change "Back to Top" Button Behavior

What's the style idea?

The "Back to Top" button currently jumps directly to the top of the page, which feels abrupt. It should smoothly scroll to the top for a better user experience.

Expected Behavior:

• Clicking the button should trigger a smooth scrolling effect.
• The transition should feel natural and aligned with modern UI practices
