Footer different for different pages. #2125

@ayush-that the footer is different for different pages. I can fix it by replacing the manually written code in each page with the footer.html file written. Please assign the issue to me and do add the tags necessary such as hackoberfest, gssoc, gssoc-ext ect. Thank you!
