[style]: UI IMPROVEMENT IN FEEDBAK FORM OF HOME PAGE

What's the style idea?

We need to improve the ui of feedback form as its background colour is not matching with the font color its size is also is degrading the user interface, unable to understand the content, input boxes are also very small
