Mouse cursor trail effect is not working on courses page #2221

What happened?

The mouse cursor trail effect, which is intended to add a dynamic, animated trail following the cursor, is not functioning on the courses page.

This effect should activate when users move their mouse across the page, creating a visually engaging experience. Despite similar effects working on other pages, the trail effect on this page is either not appearing at all or displaying inconsistently.

How can we reproduce this bug?

  1. Navigate to the courses page.
  2. Move the mouse cursor around the screen.
