[Bug Title here] Button styled fix in tool #2273

What happened?

i have seen that in your website in tools page on of the tools Calculate button and Clear button does not have styled i want to give them style to look similar one with others tool.

How can we reproduce this bug?

go to tools page look at the Income tax calculator tool
