What does this PR do?

This PR addresses the style inconsistencies in the "Empowering You with Economic Knowledge for Smarter Decisions" blog page.

• Header Alignment: The header has been updated to match the style of other pages, ensuring uniformity across the website.
• Footer Links Visibility: Some links in the Contact Us section under the footer were not visible. These links have been updated for better visibility.
• Overall Style Consistency: The overall style of the blog page has been adjusted to ensure consistency with other pages on the website.

Motivation & Context:

• The goal is to improve the user experience by ensuring all pages on the website have consistent styles and are visually appealing.
• Fixing the footer links' visibility helps with better navigation for users.
