Error: Segmentation fault (core dumped) #20

I'm having some trouble running the path planning code. I tracked the error and the problem is here fcl::OcTree* tree = new fcl::OcTree(std::shared_ptr<const octomap::OcTree>(tree_oct)); by the way, pkg-config fcl --modversion shows 0.5.0 any Ideas??
