Carthage support #22

Any idea for Carthage support?

It should just work using Carthage https://github.com/ayushn21/AvatarImageView/pull/8

If it doesn't, I'll be happy to accept a PR for it. I have no experience with Carthage so in all honestly really can't be bothered to do it myself!
