Actually it looks like all capacitors are broken in some way?

This was CPSMALL (capacitor small) from the standard Kicad library. Maybe our Kicad versions are different. Mine is 2013-07-07 BZR 4022-stable. I'll export the component and use it as a library. This should fix.

Are you still having issues of csmall capacitors not showing up?
