adding a check for flash-organisation / flash-sizes

I had a problem that flashs-sizes were adjusted to 470 kB OTA for a binary bigger than 470 kb. Update started but just stopped at 92%.

Is there a possability that the OTA-code checks the sizes of

• flashchip as a whole
• flashsize for OTA
• flashsize for filesystem
• flashsize for binary code

And in case of a mismatch showing a message?
