Smartphone browser crash when selecting a path containing a data type. #187

OS: Android 11 Browser: google chrome, opera

When you select a .bin file on your smartphone using categories (images, documents, downloads, etc.) in my case these are downloads, the browser simply minimizes (I believe that it crashes and nothing happens on the page). I believe that this may be due to the Cyrillic alphabet in the category names or the categories themselves, I don’t know how they are processed as a path. I checked the Cyrillic alphabet on regular folders, long names, spaces, they are processed normally. I'm not very interested in the solution, I'm just informing you.
