feat: committee cards UI made as attractive fix #9 #5

I have made the committee cards to some css changes matching the body background color & border oulines, images - width,height, padding and image tag wrapped in span tag in the jsx file.

This section you have to work on! @Prakash-Ravichandran you can create issue on committee cards i can accept your PR in that and try to minimize spacing within the cards
