Redirected Domain blocks but gives no option to unblock #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto www.weather.gov.  Allow www.weather.gov
2. Search on zip code.  Get redirected to forecast.weather.gov
3. Click red scriptblock icon to unblock forecast.weather.gov.  No option to 
unblock given. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should see an option to unblock forecast.weather.gov. Instead, you can't get to 
it unless you add it manually via "settings"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome, linux, installed scriptblock today from store

Please provide any additional information below.
Too bad - I was really liking this thing.
