Motivation

Arizona Bootstrap needs re-synchronized with dependabot changes on top of Twitter Bootstrap v4.5.3.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Arizona Bootstrap has fallen behind some dependabot-suggested changes.

Proposed Resolution

Manually review the suggested changes, pick those that are appropriate.

This was to be quietly dropped when Arizona Bootstrap was synchronized with v4.6.0 of Twitter Bootstrap (the Jekyll to Hugo transition, pull request #233), but needs revived to clean up all the Dependabot noise.

The next round of dependency updates needs this issue to remain open.
