Calendar Localization #2055

Motivation

Currently, the calendar widget does not offer translations. This would be a good improvement.

Proposed Resolution

Update the calendar widget so that it uses the Drupal translation API.

The only part of the event calendar widget that is not currently localized is the three buttons (Today, This Week, This Month).
