I want consistency when in the editor experience

Proposed Resolution

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be icons used consistently in the editor experience.

ie. Add an icon for "Quickstart 2.10.0" and the future "Clear cache" nav items. image

We may also want to consider evaluating the Gin Admin Theme / Toolbar before putting a lot of effort into updating the existing toolbar.
