Embedded images have excessive padding

Problem/Motivation

Embedded images have excessive padding internally and externally.

The text that accompanies an in-line image (caption and photo credit) look like they have way too much spacing around them.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an AZ News node with enough text to wrap around an image.
Embed an image with a caption and photo credit.
Observe that as the text flows around the embedded image, the spacing between the text and the image seems like it's too much.
Additionally, the photo credit field appears to also have too much bottom spacing.

Adjust this implementation to tighten up the spacing around these elements.
