We recently merged #3267 which added some additional optional modules and optional config settings to Quickstart to make it easy to use a configuration staging workflow on Quickstart sites but we didn't add anything to the README about these optional modules.
We should add something to the README about the optional configuration staging modules and settings and probably link to a page on Quickstart.arizona.edu with more details.
