As a developer on campus, I'd like to read digital.arizona.edu and see their mission, vision, and values, in order to apply what made their project successful to my projects or to feel reassured that my input into the project is welcome.
As a developer I am used to hitting a brick wall when I use a service or software, find bugs or inefficiencies, or a feature I need, but can not add because that software or service is a walled garden managed by others with competing priorities.
We should put something on Arizona Digital that tells people that it is not like that here, pull requests are welcome, you can view all of the code from our stylesheets to our infrastructure templates, to our automation scripts.
Also, if you know of a project that you think would benefit our institution to be more open and a part of Arizona Digital uadigital@email.arizona.edu

Something to that effect.
