What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In PBE tool after selecting the new image, image should load in panel but it
isn't loading.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using 2.9.2 version on window 8 and having jre7 and jdk7 installed.

I have attached one image .There u can see no image being load in middle panel
for processing.

I have seen the error in command prompt that openGL IS NOT supported by video
driver.I have checked that I have latest driver installed, still not working.
I have Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM
1.1)
with driver version 8.15.10.2697.

Issue Resolved.
But it is weird that an older version(8.15.10.1930) of graphics card works but
latest version(8.15.10.2697) doesn't.
I guess(Not sure) that previous version which was installed by default with
windows 8 installation caused problem.
Installed by windows 8 (by default): Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
(Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) version 8.15.10.2697

Installed by me Manually : Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
version(8.15.10.1930)
Don't update the driver after installing older version coz it will again
install the windows default version which doesn't work.

Indeed, video card drivers are sometimes impossible to understand. I'm glad you
fixed your issue. Since the project is moving to an offline web-app, you won't
have such trouble anymore.
