Cremia milk delivery hard lock #19

When shorten cutscenes is enabled, the cutscene that plays when you join Cremia on her milk delivery hard locks. Generating a rom with all the same settings and seed without the option enabled makes the cutscene work fine.

Just as a note, with 5ilze-63v-lh-9i6nx (no custom items, normal damage, non-random enemies, but yes shortened cutscenes), I was able to do the Cremia sequence just fine. I wonder if there's something in the other settings that break it somehow.

I've had this issue as well, but it does seem to be related to something else. Settings string 5fd5ua-26j-lh-7yjuo was able to skip the cutscene without issue and proceed with the delivery. On the other hand 789mn2-5e3-hra0ht-6ikzu froze almost immediately upon starting the cutscene. I waited about the time the cutscene would have taken to play out and it then transitioned to another scene I could not identify and hardlocked.
